David Le was born in Vietnam. He came to the United States in 1992. David received his B.S. degree at the University of Texas at Dallas in Computer Science. While David was an undergraduate at UTD, he was recruited by IBM in 1996 as a programmer.

After a year onboard with IBM, David was recognized as Employee of the Year for two consecutive years. Three years after joining IBM, David accepted a more challenging position as a system engineer for Nortel Networks. Four years later, wanting to own his own business, David pursued his ambition in the real estate world. In late 2003, David obtained his broker license and brought Citiwide Properties Corp. to life in Richardson, TX.

During his beginning phases with Citiwide Properterties Corp., David’s management skills sharpened as he attended management trainings and acquired new technology tactics. His down to earth leadership style gave him a reputation of being a hard worker, a common man, but a deal maker when it comes down to business resolution.

Through streamlining operations and actively engaging himself to technological advancement, David ensured that each associate under the Citiwide Properties Corp.’s umbrella was one of the best agents in the high stakes of real estate. Citiwide Properties Corp. continues to bloom.

David’s leadership, Citiwide Properties Corp. continues to grow more than 200 agents within the DFW metroplex.
